The 2024 Brian FM KartSport New Zealand National Sprint Championship is being hosted by KartSport Nelson in conjunction with Waimea College. The event is open to all KartSport New Zealand Licence Holders who have a Tier 1 competition licence with racing on both Saturday and Sunday. There are different classes for different age groups and they are all competing to win a National Title. The age of competitors for this event starts at 7 and up to Secondary School age. This is a truly family bonding sport with all competitors at the track working together all day from 7ish in the morning to around 5ish at night with their guardians and/or pit crews. The event attracts competitors from as far away as Whangarei and down to Invercargill.
